The staff was truly wonderful and very pleasant, so I would stay here again. Room was well-equipped and exceptionally nice. - the location couldn't be more marvelous, with an on-site supermarket. I enjoyed having casual restaurants around as well.

The pool area is very clean too. Units for internet to reach every apartment. Excellent and perfect location in very pleasant area, just next door to a supermarket at the rear of the property which is quite well stocked, Portugal and Cabanas de Tavira.

Spacious accommodation and friendly reception staff
Portugal has had an exceptionally wet winter and unfortunately the rooms had a musty non-aired smell - this will probably be ok as the Summer goes on. We only stayed 1 night and were glad we had not booked for any longer.

One day after I booked on Booked.net I reentered the site and the price for the same room had fallen 20%. I know price can change on time, but I expected early bookings should also receive a discount (just as the late bookings).

Good location - near enough to supermarket, bars, restaurants and sea but still quiet at night. Pretty gardens, nice landscaping, tennis, volley ball etc. and good sized pool, always plenty of sun beds and umbrellas even when it got crowded later in the afternoon. Very nice, friendly, helpful staff - reserved me a hairdryer (they don't have them in the room) and called a doctor when I had a bad allergic reaction. Good cooking facilities although the equipment was a bit random, good shower, good aircon and lots of clean towels (we had 8 between 2). Low key bar selling ok food at reasonable prices. Lots of nice restaurants within easy walking distance and Cabanas, although it has developed a bit with improvements such as the new sea side board walk, is a lovely place to stay.
Dog poo regularly not cleaned up on the grass areas (and discovered bleary eyed on our terrace early one morning) and no apparent effort made to get people to keep their dogs under control. Villas are a bit shabby in parts and the concrete based, hardboard and foam mattress covered bed (2 single mattresses that were too narrow for the concrete base) were unusual but strangely didn't have a bad effect on my dodgy back. Lack of clothes storage - good sized wardrobe with hanging space but only 3 small drawers for what was potentially a villa for 4 people. Tiny telly, if you care about these things, located at neck cricking height. In the evenings there was live entertainment at the bar which, even though our villa was a long way away, drowned out any other music and was pretty dire (out of tune, repetitive). Finished at midnight.

the location, the great nearby beach, nice seaside village with good restaurants
the complex is quite dated and while the surrounds are well maintained the apartments left a lot to be desired in terms of fitting out. A pity because we would go back otherwise
